The Gippsland Symphony Orchestra runs string workshops for young musicians, providing an opportunity for students to experience ensemble playing in a supportive and encouraging environment.
These workshops are designed for young string players who want to develop their skills, meet other musicians, and experience the excitement of playing in a larger group. Sessions are led by experienced GSO members and cover repertoire, technique, and ensemble skills.
Workshops have been held regularly since 2023 and are open to young string players across the Gippsland region.
